Rebekah Lipsky

Rebekah is a strategy and engagement consultant whose work focuses on building effective strategies, systems, processes, and communities that drive organizations to do their best work. Prior to her work at Incandescent, Rebekah worked for Purpose, building campaigns to empower communities to create social change. Before this, she spent a number of years as a leader in McKinsey & Company's social sector office. She started her career in communications at Universal Studios, Disney/Pixar, and Obama for America.
