Annabelle Frijlink

Annabelle brings to Incandescent an interest in how people's experiences shape the way they lead and work together, and a love of the creative, entrepreneurial thinking that helps organizations build something new.

Growing up between Seattle, Paris, and San Francisco, and later studying abroad and working in Luxembourg, gave her an early sense of how much place and experience shape the way people work. Prior to joining Incandescent, Annabelle was a Client Service Associate at AlphaSights, where she connected private equity firms with senior advisors whose expertise helped them explore industries and companies of interest. Alongside this work, she was selected for the firm's Knowledge for Good program, where she served social impact clients and managed the relationship with an impact investor. That work reinforced her commitment to organizations that are clear about their values and let them guide how they grow. Through her time at AlphaSights, she also became fascinated by how the right conversation at the right moment can change what an organization is able to decide.

Annabelle graduated magna cum laude from Miami University, studying Digital Commerce and Emerging Technology Business & Design. At Miami, she was involved in activities ranging from rowing to investing in early-stage founders to supporting women in entrepreneurship. Outside of work, she supports youth development through iMentor, explores New York's art museums, and loves to read, travel, and run.
