Chris Rudnicki
Chris is an advisor and coach. He uses these two practices to challenge and support leaders, teams, and organizations as they work to close the gap between bold ambitions and present realities. Throughout his career, he’s been preoccupied with the human dynamics at the heart of that challenge.
His background spans operations, strategy consulting, research, and entrepreneurship across business, nonprofit, and academic settings. His perspective is grounded in his experience as COO of Tyton Partners, where he worked closely with the firm's founders and senior leaders to shape strategy, strengthen organizational health, and build the management systems and leadership practices needed to improve performance. Earlier at Tyton, Chris advised companies, universities, foundations, and investors on growth strategy and organizational design.
He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and an MPP from Harvard Kennedy School. He graduated from Williams College, where he studied Economics and English and played four years of varsity football.
Chris lives in Boston with his wife and two sons. When he’s not walking in the woods with his dog Scout, he’s doing what he can to pass along a love of great books, the natural world, and Northwestern Wildcats football to his boys.
