Doug has 15+ years of experience advising and growing a range of companies, from the Fortune 15 to seed stage. He has developed a track record of aligning teams and leaders to make hard choices that deliver strong financial, operational, and people results, across healthcare and life sciences, industrials, consumer products, technology, and other industries.

Prior to Incandescent, Doug was a member of Bain & Company's New York Leadership Team, where he advised corporate and financial investor clients across the value creation suite, including strategy, operating model, transformation, M&A, and the intersection of supply chain and customer. Doug left Bain to establish a multi-sided talent network at Redesign Health, helping to improve innovation and time to scale for start-ups. He started his career at The Advisory Board Company.

Doug holds an MBA with high distinction from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth and a BA cum laude from Yale University in the History of Science and Medicine. He lives in Westchester, New York, with his wife and two children, where you might find him behind a camera or over a hot stove.
