
Henry Burbank
Henry brings deep experience at the intersection of finance services, technology, and energy.
Prior to joining Incandescent, Henry spent his career working at the intersection of finance and social impact. He helped design and launch impact funds at Next Street Financial and the Climate Policy Initiative; worked with early-stage startups in the U.S. and Latin America through roles at CrossBoundary, Resilience VC, and Alter Global; and covered commodities firms as an analyst at a European investment bank. He began his career on the Standing Rock Sioux Reservation, where he taught middle school with Teach for America.
Henry holds a master’s degree from Johns Hopkins SAIS and a bachelor’s degree from Kenyon College. He has a longstanding interest in geography, history, and economics; and can often be found reading in Central Park or browsing the Map Division of the New York Public Library.
