Kaileigh Riess

Kaileigh brings to Incandescent's Operations Team a passion for fostering connection and creating spaces where people and work can flourish. She graduated magna cum laude from Northwestern University with a Bachelor of Music in Voice Performance and a Bachelor of Arts in English, later earning a Master of Music with honors from the University of Southern California and a Performance Certificate from Boston University's Opera Institute. Prior to Incandescent, Kaileigh was a Guest Services Associate at the National Opera Center and an Administrative Assistant at USC Thornton's Office of Admissions and Student Affairs.

Alongside her work at Incandescent, Kaileigh maintains an active performance calendar in opera and musical theater as well as a private voice teaching studio. She can often be found hunting for treasures at thrift stores, practicing yoga, or seeking out a great cup of coffee.
