Meredith Kellner

Meredith Kellner is a former member of the Incandescent team who relocated to Boston and is now working as an independent strategy consultant. She has spent the majority of her career supporting the launch and growth of entrepreneurial endeavors, with a special focus in recent years on system-change-focused endeavors. Meredith especially enjoys figuring out how to bring transformative new ideas to life in practical reality, carving a path through uncharted territory and bridging from strategy formation to concrete action. She is a synthesizer and connector, bringing together people and ideas from different contexts.

As a strategy consultant (previously with Katzenbach Partners and Incandescent), Meredith has worked with both early-stage organizations and also with more mature organizations on their core strategies, both during founding eras and during key pivot point moments that call for entrepreneurial strategic thinking. In recent years she has increasingly worked with a variety of different kinds of system-change actors on strategies for long-term system change.

Meredith also spent several years working in venture capital with the firm Vantagepoint Capital Partners, and she has served in operating roles with several impact-focused startup organizations in multinational settings, including The Rockefeller Foundation’s global initiative 100 Resilient Cities and WaterHealth International, which provided clean water in India and Africa.

Meredith earned an A.B. in Social Studies from Harvard University and a J.D. from Harvard Law School. She considers her greatest life education of all to have come from a year that she spent traveling alone through India, Southeast Asia and the Asia Pacific, China, Russia, and Europe.
