Miki Lainovic

Miki brings to Incandescent a deep curiosity about the intersection of strategy, talent, and organizational design. She is particularly interested in how organizations can structure themselves to run effectively and efficiently while still creating environments where people feel energized and deeply fulfilled.

Miki attended Stanford University for her undergraduate studies and returned several years later to earn her MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business. She began her career at WPP but has spent the majority of her professional life working in tech startups, where she developed a firsthand appreciation for how strategy, people, and organizational structure shape a company’s ability to grow and succeed.

Miki lives on the Upper West Side with her husband and their cat, Tulip. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking, discovering new restaurants, seeing shows, and playing music.
