Sarah Rosenberg

Sarah brings a systems-oriented approach to bridging vision and execution, with a particular interest in building coherence across teams, ideas, and complex projects. Her work is shaped by an early career spent translating creative ambition into operational reality across fast-moving, multidimensional, high-stakes environments.

Prior to Incandescent, Sarah spent over a decade in the film and media industry, working across development, production, and distribution with companies including 20th Century Studios, StudioCanal, American Film Market, Viacom, ReelShort, and WarnerMedia.

Sarah also lived and trained across Europe as a ballet dancer and later taught ballet in CA and NYC. She holds a B.A. in Film & Television Production with minors in Dance and Psychology from the University of Southern California, where she graduated with honors as a Renaissance Scholar.
